Commercial Sheet Metal Fabrication
Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing delivers commercial metal fabrication entirely in-house, cut and bent to your project needs.
Fabricated In-House, Built to Fit
Kodiak’s shop handles custom sheet metal flashings, gutters, and panels through the full process, cutting, bending, and assembling each piece to a building’s real dimensions rather than the closest stock size. Flashings and gutters are typically fabricated in galvanized steel or aluminum, while panel work most often uses aluminum composite material, Kodiak’s material of choice for that scope.
Our shop is currently fabricating the angled panel work behind an asymmetric enclosure project, along with a metal panel scope on an arena enclosure valued near $28 million.
Custom metal roof panels up to 100 feet, fabricated on-site
Architectural sheet metal fabrication for exposed, visible applications
Scheduling that lines up with your GC’s construction sequence, not just the shop’s own calendar
Bring Kodiak a Spec, Not a Compromise
Contact Kodiak with your building’s specs, and the shop cuts and bends to match them exactly, not the closest available stock size.
Where Custom Fabrication Actually Matters
Kodiak fabricates flashing for the details stock parts don’t cover, roof-to-wall transitions, parapet caps, and penetrations around rooftop equipment, cut to the building instead of pulled from a standard profile.
That precision is also where we close off a common waterproofing failure point before it ever becomes a traced leak.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does commercial metal fabrication actually include?
Commercial metal fabrication at Kodiak covers custom sheet metal flashings, gutters, and metal roof panels, cut, bent, and assembled to a building’s exact specifications rather than standard stock sizes.
Is there a maximum length for a custom-fabricated panel or flashing run?
Kodiak’s shop handles runs up to 100 feet in a single piece, which cuts down on the seams and joints that a shorter stock length would require.
Does Kodiak coordinate metal fabrication timelines with a GC's construction schedule?
Yes. Kodiak coordinates fabrication scheduling directly with your GC’s overall project timeline, whether the scope is a standalone panel job or part of new construction.
