We continually strive to provide our customers with the best service and value for their dollar. An integral part of our success is our service team which is comprised of talented and experienced individuals with long-term working knowledge of various roofing systems. Our service team specializes in single-ply, tile, shingle, BUR, metal roofing and siding, as well as waterproofing and coating applications. This depth of knowledge is why we can handle virtually any type of roofing need. Kodiak Roofing is an award winning and certified approved installer for many large roofing manufacturers, which enables our team to make repairs and improvements to your roof while maintaining your existing manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to tenant improvements, roof and leak repair, Kodiak also provides a roof maintenance service that helps to prolong the life of your roof, expose any potential problems and alert you to its current condition.
Service pricing:
- Time & Material (regular business hours: Monday- Friday 7am to 5pm)
$75.00 per hour per man- 2 hour minimum

- After Hours and Emergency Roof Service* (5pm to 7am, and weekends)
$150.00 per hour per man- 2 hour minimum
For after-hours or emergency service, please call (916) 253-1911 to be connected directly to a Kodiak representative.
* Work may also be designated as Emergency Roof Service during regular business hours if it requires the rescheduling of our pending work to accommodate your service needs.
To request service via fax, please download a Kodiak Warranty or Leak Call Report Form and fax it to Kodiak at (916) 253-1901. Out of state requests should also be sent to this number. All service work is scheduled and dispatched from our Corporate Headquarters (Lincoln, CA). Please be advised that our fax machine is monitored only during normal business hours. Once your faxed request is received, we will call the contact indicated on the report form to arrange a day that best fits your schedule and need.
